El gasto de personal y los demás que ocasione el establecimiento y conservación de la colonia serán pagados por el Tesoro Nacional con imputación al Capitulo y articulo del Presupuesto de Gastos para la vigencia en curso que se determine en el decreto que se dicte sobre el particular.
