Inhabilidades . Los miembros de la Junta Directiva y del Director General tendrán las inhabilidades, incompatibilidades y responsabilidades determinadas en las disposiciones legales vigentes.

Parágrafo

No quedan cobijados por las inhabilidades de que trata el presente artículo, el uso que se haga de los bienes o servicios que la entidad ofrezca al público, bajo condiciones comunes a todos los que los soliciten.
