Artículo primero. En conformidad con lo acordado por la Junta Directiva del Banco de la República y la Junta Reguladora de Cambios, las divisas provenientes de contratos de exportación de café inscritos con posterioridad a la fecha del presente decreto en la Oficina de Registro de Cambios, las comprará el Banco de la República, así: El 60% al tipo oficial de $ 1.95 por dólar, y el 40% restante al tipo de cambio que ha señalado o señale en lo futuro la Junta Directiva del Banco de la República, de acuerdo con la Junta Reguladora de Cambios.
