Criterios para determinar los medicamentos sujetos a la evaluación objeto de este título. Los medicamentos que estarán sujetos al mecanismo reglamentado en este título, serán todos los que cumplan con los requisitos para ser medicamento nuevo, según la definición del artículo 2.8.12.3.
