° Para desempeñar los cargos a que se refiere el artículo 1°, hácense los siguientes nombramientos: Sección primera: Inspector Administrador, señor Ildefonso Caicedo, y Cajero Contador, señor Abel Giraldo. Sección segunda: Ingeniero Administrador, señor Luis Alejandro Niño, y Cajero Contador, señor Juan José Leal. Antes de posesionarse, los Cajeros Contadores deberán otorgar fianza por las cuantías que al efecto fije la Contraloría General de la República.
