A partir de la vigencia de la presente Ley, y por una sola vez, auxiliase al acueducto y a la planta eléctrica del municipio de Puerto Colombia, con las sumas de setenta y cinco mil pesos ($75.000.00) y treinta mil pesos ($30.000.00), con destino exclusivo a la transformación y ampliación de esas obras.
