Como quiera que los niveles de que trata el presente decreto no modifican los establecidos en los Decretos 107 de 1987 y 1374 de 1988. créase un Comité encargado de revisar las equivalencias de nivel para las dos nomenclaturas, cuando aquellas que indica el artículo 1o. de este decreto resulten imprecisas o establezcan un nivel diferente. Esta función la podrá adelantar el Comité por iniciativa propia, o a solicitud motivada de un exportador, presentada al Banco de la República.
