Los miembros de la Junta Departamental de la Vivienda Popular, deberán reunirse por lo menos una vez cada mes, mediante convocatoria que debe hacer el representante del Instituto de Crédito Territorial, con derecho al emolumento que fije por sesión la Superintendencia Bancaria, pero las sesiones remuneradas no podrán exceder de cuatro al mes.
