El rector del Instituto Tolimense de Formación Técnica Profesional (ITFIP) distribuirá los cargos de la planta global a que se refiere el artículo 1° del presente decreto, mediante acto administrativo y los ubicará teniendo en cuenta la organización interna, las necesidades del servicio, los planes y los programas de la entidad.
