Corresponde A La Contraloría General De La República La Vigilancia De La Gestión Fiscal De La Empresa, La Que Cumplirá Mediante El Estatuto De Carácter Especial, Acorde Con La Índole Comercial De La Entidad, De Tal Forma Que Se Garantice Y Haga Fácil Y Expedito Su Funcionamiento

Corresponde a la Contraloría General de la República la vigilancia de la gestión fiscal de la Empresa, la que cumplirá mediante el estatuto de carácter especial, acorde con la índole comercial de la entidad, de tal forma que se garantice y haga fácil y expedito su funcionamiento.

Parágrafo

Los funcionarios de la Contraloría que nayan ejercido el control fiscal de la Empresa y sus parientes dentro del cuarto grado de consanguinidad, a segundo de afinidad, no podrán ser nombrados para prestar sus servicios en ella, sino después de un año de producido su retiro.
