ARTICULO 122 . NOMBRAMIENTO COMO DRAGONEANTE. Aprobado el curso en la Escuela Penitenciaria Nacional y obtenido el certificado de aptitud médica y psicofísica, el alumno, a solicitud de su Director, será nombrado como Dragoneante a prueba por un período de un (1) año y prestará su servicio en el lugar que sea destinado por la Dirección General del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC.

Parágrafo

Si al terminar el curso de formación de Dragoneante no hubiere vacante, el alumno quedará en lista de elegibles hasta por el término de doce (12) meses, siempre y cuando mantenga las condiciones estipuladas en el artículo 119.
