La Nación podrá capitalizar directa o indirectamente a la Empresa Multipropósito de Urrá S.A. Dentro de la capitalización se podrán incluir los aportes que se efectúen o se hayan efectuado por parte de la Nación. La capitalización se llevará a cabo mediante la adquisición de acciones de la Empresa Multipropósito de Urrá S.A., por su valor nominal de mil pesos ($1.000.00).
