Artículo vigésimo segundo. Corresponde a la Junta Directiva de la Bolsa expedir los reglamentos relacionado con la organización y operación de la Bolsa y, en especial, los siguientes

Reglamento general de operaciones;

Reglamento sobre el contenido de los contratos y de los títulos que en ella se negocien, así como las responsabilidades de las partes que interviene en las operaciones;

Reglamento general del martillo;

Reglamento sobre tarifas, comisiones y garantías que deben constituir los miembros en la celebración de las diversas operaciones.
