° Tan pronto como se expida la Resolución ejecutiva en que se conceda la extradición, se ordenará por el Ministerio de Gobierno, al Director de la Policía Nacional, que proceda a la captura del extraditado y a su inmediata entrega a las autoridades extranjeras que lo hayan solicitado.
