° Las decisiones de la Comisión Nacional de Energía se tomarán por la mitad más uno de sus miembros. Consiguientemente, cuando de ella forme parte el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, los votos necesarios para adoptar la correspondiente determinación deberán ser al menos de seis de sus miembros en el mismo sentido; y cuando no deba intervenir dicho Ministro, tales votos serán al menos de cinco de sus miembros.
