° El Revisor Fiscal del Banco Agrícola Hipotecario, de la Caja de Crédito. Agrario y del Instituto de Crédito Territorial tendrá a su servicio un mecanotaquígrafo y un conserje, de su libre nombramiento y remoción cuyas asignaciones serán fijadas por el Contralor General de la República. Quedan derogados los artículos 1° del Decreto 1407 de 1941 y 6° del Decreto 1370 de 1942.
