DE LA TRANSFORMACION DE LAS SOCIEDADES EN EMPRESAS . Cuando todas las acciones o cuotas sociales en poder de particulares sean transferidas a una o varias entidades públicas, la sociedad se convertirá, sin necesidad de liquidación previa, en empresa industrial o comercial del Estado o en sociedad entre entidades públicas. Los correspondientes órganos directivos de la entidad procederán a modificar los estatutos en la forma a que hubiere lugar.
