Decreto 1232 de 2001 · por el cual se modifica parcialmente el Decreto 2685 del 28 de diciembre de 1999 y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Modifícase el artículo 515 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 515 . Recurso de Reconsideración . Contra el acto administrativo que decida de fondo procede el Recurso de Reconsideración, el cual deberá interponerse dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a su notificación. El término para resolver el Recurso de Reconsideración será de tres (3) meses contados a partir de la fecha de su interposición.

Parágrafo

El término para resolver el Recurso de Reconsideración se suspenderá por el término que dure el período probatorio cuando a ello hubiere lugar".
