Obligaciones de los entes territoriales que hayan incluido el situado fiscal en sus presupuestos sin estar certificados. Los departamentos y distritos que sin haber sido certificados a la fecha de expedición de este Decreto, hayan incorporado para la vigencia fiscal de 1994, en el presupuesto de la entidad territorial, los recursos del situado fiscal, deberán modificar o adicionar la ordenanza o acuerdo, según el caso, para ajustar su distribución a las normas del presente Decreto.
