Los Bancos y Compañías de Seguros pagarán el impuesto predial y las demás contribuciones y servicios departamentales o municipales sobre la propiedad raíz, autorizados por las leyes.
Queda así aclarado el artículo 29 de la Ley 105 de 1927 .
