Art. 2.° Los ordenadores subdelegatarios pueden igualmente jirar órdenes por anticipación, respecto de los créditos contenidos en el respectivo pliego de subdelegación, según lo dispuesto, en el artículo 2° del decreto de 31 de agosto de 1866, sobre subdelegación i pago de créditos; i por lo mismo, espresarán siempre en las ordenes el departamento i capítulo a que debo imputarse el pago.
