° . La Comisión Nacional se reunirá por convocatoria de su Presidente, de manera ordinaria, por lo menos cuatro veces al año, y, de manera extraordinaria, cuando su Presidente determine que las circunstancias así lo ameritan o cuando así lo soliciten dos (2) o más miembros de la Comisión.
