Cuando el delito previsto en elArtículo 310 se comete en la persona de un niño no inscrito todavía en los registros parroquiales o notariales, y en los cinco primeros días después de nacido, para salvar el honor del culpado o de su mujer, su madre, su descendiente, su hija adoptiva o se hermana, la pena será de prisión por dos a ocho años.
