Art. 307 Pueden someterse á la decisión de arbitradores las controversias que ocurran entre personas capases de transigir en los casos en que la ley permita la transacción.

El arbitramiento puede adoptarse antes o después que los interesados inicien pleito sobre la controversia y adoptando se procederá como se expresa en este título.
