Se considera inválido un aviador civil que por cualquier causa sin importar su origen, no provocada intencionalmente, hubiese perdido su capacidad para volar, y por lo tanto se encuentre impedido para ejercer la actividad profesional de la aviación, a juicio de la Junta de que trata el presente Decreto.
