º Autorízase al Banco Central Hipotecario para emitir Bonos de Fomento Urbano, para efectos de las inversiones de parte del encaje que efectúen las Corporaciones de Ahorro y Vivienda con sujeción a las normas que dicte la Junta Monetaria al respecto. Los bonos de que trata el inciso anterior tendrán las características señaladas en el artículo 2º del Decreto 720 de 1987, salvo en lo relativo a su plazo que será de un año.
