ARTICULO 32. DE LA APERTURA DE LA LICITACION. Dentro de los sesenta (60) días posteriores a la ejecutoria definitiva de la resolución o de todas las resoluciones que definan el registro de proponentes, el Ministerio de Comunicaciones ordenará la apertura de la licitación para la concesión del servicio.
