Art. 11.º Cuando un telegrafista conozca la firma de un individuo, no debe admitir un telegrama llevado a su nombre, si la desconoce en él. En este caso puede firmarlo quien lo lleve a la oficina, espresando que lo hace por recomendacion o por poder.
