El beneficiario y terceros involucrados en actos fraudulentos, en los que se abuse de los beneficios previstos por esta Ley, tendrán como consecuencia la pérdida definitiva de la calidad de Colombiano de Oro y estarán sujetos a las investigaciones penales a que hubiere lugar.
