El Gobernador del Departamento de Nariño, ejercerá la inspección suprema en nombre del Gobierno, sobre todas las vías nacionales a que este Decreto se refiere, las visitará cuando crea necesario, y rendirá al Gobierno los informes pertinentes, haciendo las indicaciones del caso para el mejor adelantamiento de las obras en ejecución.
