Queda prohibido en absoluto á todos los tripulantes e individuos de la guarnición, el ejercicio del comercio a bordo. Se les prohíbe igualmente la conducción de efectos por cuenta propia o ajena. Los Comandantes de los buques serán responsables de las infracciones que a este respecto se cometan, y los Jefes Militares respectivos deberán dar al Ministro de Guerra aviso de las que lleguen a su conocimiento.
