Informes al Presidente de la República. Las entidades que lideran cada sistema, subsistema e instancia que hacen parte o se articulan con el Sistema Nacional de Competitividad e Innovación deberán reportar sus avances en la implementación de la Agenda Nacional de Competitividad e Innovación (ANCI) ante el Presidente de la República, en el marco de cada sesión de la Comisión Nacional de Competitividad e Innovación, así como del desempeño del país en los indicadores de productividad, competitividad e innovación.
