Artículo tercero. A partir del 1 de febrero de 1975 loe empleados del Instituto empezarán a devengar el sueldo básico correspondiente a su respectivo grado. Quienes se hubieren posesionado antes del 1' de julio de 1974, tendrán derecho a la remuneración de la tercera columna de la escala al cumplir un año de servicio, contado desde dicho primero de julio. Los demás empleados comenzarán a devengar el sueldo establecido en la tercera columna de la escala, a medida que vayan cumpliendo un año de servicio, a partir de la fecha de su posesión.
