El mismo Inspector vigilará la recaudación é inversión de las rentas y fondos destinados al sostenimiento de los Institutos de Instrucción Pública secundaria, para lo cual hará visitar las oficinas de manejo por los empleados que tenga á bien designar, y se hará dar los informes que convengan.
