° Cuando la obra hubiere sido ejecutado por un grupo de ingenieros entre los cuales no pueda destacarse claramente quien ha sido el jefe, o por una sociedad o persona jurídica, el premio podrá otorgarse a dicho grupo de ingenieros repartiendo o entre todos, o a la sociedad o persona jurídica, en la cabeza de su representante legal, que debe ser ingeniero matriculado.
