Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para destinar á la Sociedad protectora de niños desamparados un local de propiedad nacional, con el exclusivo objeto de servir para Asilo y Escuela de Artes y Oficios para niñas huérfanas y desamparadas.

Parágrafo

El citado local volverá al dominio de la República cuando no preste el servicio á que se le destina por la presente ley.
