LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.° Puede también el Tesorero jeneral negociar los pagarés de plazo cumplido, hasta por una suma igual al principal del pagaré, cediendo al endosatario o comprador los intereses devengados i los demas derechos del Tesoro sobre los deudores morosos.
