Art. 3.° Formada esta lista, fijará la distribucion de los ausilios decretados, teniendo en cuenta la situacion a que hayan quedado reducidos los individuos a quienes la lei se refiere, el número de hijos i demas personas de familia que tengan bajo su cuidado, la edad de éstos i las condiciones que determinen si se hallan en capacidad i en estado de trabajar o no, i las demas circunstancias que caractericen el mayor o menor grado de necesidad en que se hallen, i de consiguiente, la mayor o menor suma que haya de señalárseles.
