Competencia en materia salarial. Ninguna autoridad de la Región Metropolitana Bogotá Cundinamarca podrá establecer o modificar el régimen salarial estatuido por las normas del presente decreto, de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 10 de la Ley 4a de 1992 y el artículo 44 de la Ley 2199 de 2022. Cualquier disposición en contrario carecerá de todo efecto y no creará derechos adquiridos.
