El piloto de una aeronave es delegado de la autoridad pública para mantener el orden a bordo de ella durante el vuelo y para hacer cumplir todas las disposiciones del presente Decreto. En consecuencia los pasajeros deben obediencia y respeto al piloto de la aeronave en los mismos término, que si se tratara del Capitán de una nave mercante marítima o fluvial
