Le corresponde al Consejo Directivo decidir la suspensión del ejercicio de los derechos de miembro o afiliado e informar a la Superintendencia del Subsidio Familiar por escrito, dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes, el número y valor de las mensualidades adeudadas por parte del afiliado que se suspende, a efecto de que se adopten las providencias a que haya lugar.
