Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para que, por intermedio de los Ministros de Hacienda y Crédito Público y de Obras Públicas, verifique las operaciones necesarias para que la Nación adquiera las propiedades ubicadas en la manzana urbana del actual Palacio Nacional de Manizales, a fin de ampliar tal edificio y construir el Palacio de Justicia que se ordena por el artículo 5° de la presente Ley.
