El Código de Procedimiento Penal tendrá un artículo con el número 196A, del siguiente tenor:

Artículo 196A. SUSTENTACION EN PRIMERA INSTANCIA DEL RECURSO DE APELACION CONTRA PROVIDENCIAS INTERLOCUTORIAS. Cuando se haya interpuesto como único el recurso de apelación, vencido el término para recurrir, el secretario, previa constancia dejará el expediente a disposición de quienes apelaron, por el término de cinco (5) días, para la sustentación respectiva. Precluido el término anterior, correrá traslado común a los no recurrentes por el término de seis (6) días.
