Art. 394. Los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial, el Procurador General de la Nación y los Fiscales de los Tribunales son quienes pueden ocurrir a la Corte para los efectos del artículo 392, elevando al efecto un memorial en que ponga de manifiesto la contrariedad de las sentencias las cuales debe acompañarse en copia auténtica.

Los Tribunales, á solicitud de otro Tribunal o de cualquiera de los funcionarios expresados, pueden expedir dichas copias en papel común y sin demora alguna, o autenticar el ejemplar del periódico oficial en que se hayan publicadas.
