º la Comisaria del Guainía se sujetara en su organización administrativa a las normas establecidas por la ley 2ª. de 1943, su Decreto Reglamentario y los demás posteriores que rigen sobre la materia.

Parágrafo

Mientras se expide el correspondiente código, en la comisaria del Guainía regirá el de policía de Cundinamarca.
