Confirmada la resolución sobre matrícula, la Gobernación respectiva procederá de conformidad. Una vez verificada la matrícula, la Gobernación remitirá una copia de la diligencia respectiva al Ministerio de Industrias y Trabajo, Dirección General de Minas, para los efectos del inciso 4º del Artículo 5º de la ley 13 de 1937.
