A partir de la vigencia del presente decreto y para los efectos del mismo se entenderá que cuando el Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, modificado por el Decreto 2359 de 1993, hace alusión a las Direcciones, se refiere a las Subdirecciones de la entidad.
