Art. 58. La Sala de apelación se compone de los cuatro Contadores que no hayan intervenido en el examen de las cuentas. En caso de empate en la votación ó de recusación de alguno de ellos, se nombrará por el Gobierno uno ó más Contadores ad hoc asimilados á Conjueces, que reunidos á los no recusados decidan de la apelación. Los nombrados Contadores ad hoc no podrán excusarse de aceptar este encargo sino por impedimento legal comprobado.
