Todo Contrato de asistencia y salvamento celebrado en momento y bajo la influencia del peligro, a petición de una de las partes podrá ser modificado o aún declarado nulo, cuando las condición acordadas no sean equitativas, y, singularmente, cuando la remuneración resultare en un sentido o en otro notablemente desproporcionada con los servicios prestados.
