DE LAS FALTAS COMETIDAS POR FUNCIONARIOS DE DISTINTOS ORGANISMOS. El Jefe del Organismo o de la dependencia regional o seccional que primero tenga conocimiento de hechos o actos que puedan ser constitutivos de una falta disciplinaria en que hayan tomado parte empleados de distintas entidades, informará por escrito a los Jefes de las mismas para que inicien la respectiva acción disciplinaria, suministrándoles los datos y copia de los documentos relacionados con la falta.
